What if a product is unavailable?
Availability can change as supplier stock is updated. If an item is unavailable, explore the same routine category for an alternative.
How long does delivery take?
For Belgium, standard delivery is currently estimated at 4 to 6 business days, preparation included. The exact available method, cost and estimate are shown at checkout before payment.
What is your returns policy?
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetics cannot be returned. Contact contactkurld@gmail.com before sending anything back.
