Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Before returning a product, email contactkurld@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, cosmetics or sealed personal-care products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Initial shipping costs are not refunded except where required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos so we can resolve the issue.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
